Dr. Elian Dylgjeri has dedicated his career to one of dentistry’s most transformative specialties \u2014 giving people back the ability to smile, eat, and live with confidence. Since graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 2012 and entering clinical practice in 2013, he has focused exclusively on implantology and oral surgery, driven by a simple belief: every patient deserves a permanent, natural-feeling solution, not a compromise.<\/p>

Over more than a decade, Dr. Dylgjeri has performed thousands of implant procedures \u2014 from single tooth replacements to complex full-arch rehabilitations for patients who had lost all their teeth. He has a particular passion for challenging cases: patients who have been told elsewhere that their bone loss is too severe, or that surgery is too risky. His advanced training in bone regeneration and sinus lift techniques means he can often find solutions where others cannot.<\/p>

At Trio Dental Center in Tirana, he works with patients traveling from Italy, Germany, the UK, and across Europe \u2014 guiding them through every step of the process with clear communication and genuine care. He speaks Italian and English fluently, which means international patients always feel understood and never in the dark.<\/p>
